How do I place an order?

Mensupplies: Simply fill up the order form as displayed at the end of the product posting page. We will get back to you shortly with an invoice with payment instructions. Upon payment, our friendly staff will update you regularly on the shipment of your items.


For ease of order for international customers (non-Singaporeans), you may now use the same order form located at the end of the product page to place an order. Please input your particulars as required, although you are requested for Singapore residential details; our staff will get back to you shortly with an invoice; payment would have to be made via Paypal for non Singaporean customers.


How do I become a member of Men Supplies?
Mensupplies: To qualify as a member, simply sign up for our mailing list If you are a first time user to our website, you will be automatically prompt to sign up for our mailing list. Alternatively, you can subscribe to our mailing list through the mailing list subscription box located on the right column navigation bar. If you are facing difficulties in subscribing to our mailing list, simply email us your full name and email address through our live support agent or to our email address at mensupplies@gmail.com, we will automatically subscribe you to our mailing list.


What are the available payment modes?
Men Supplies: We accept payment via POSB/Standard Chartered Bank transfers and Paypal transfer. Please note that Paypal transfer would cost you an additional 6% of total cost for merchant fee. Your choice of payment and instructions for payment will be indicated in your invoice. You are required to make payment within 2 days upon the issue of invoice. Non-payment will result in your order being void. For speedy delivery, you are advised to make payment as soon as you receive your invoice. 


What currency are your items denoted in?
Men Supplies: All items are denoted in Singapore dollars (SGD). For International customers, transactions have to be made via Paypal transfer in either US Dollars (USD) or SGD. 


For exchange rate clarifications, you may use Oanda Currency Converter at http://www.oanda.com/currency/converter/ for approximation. 

Is face to face exchange/transaction possible?
Mensupplies: Due to the volume of orders we handle daily, it is not possible for us to dispatch  delivery services at the moment. All products are mailed through Singpost. However, we have initiated self collection service for certain products, payment is still required via Bank transfer/Paypal. Self Collection service is only meant for the item(s) to be personally handled to the customer 

What is the difference between Normal Postage and Registered Mail?               
MenSupplies: Normail Mail parcel is delivered by the postman to your letterbox. No tracking ID. or any form of reference is provided by Singpost for us to track the item for you. We will not be responsible for any lost or missing parcels caused by Singpost delivery. For more information, you may contact Singpost at 1605 for clarifications.

Registered Mail Parcel is delivered by the postman with a tracking ID to your doorstep. MenSupplies highly recommend Registered Mail Parcel as it will allows us to trace your item if it is lost in transit. Once your item is sent out by registered mail, we will provide you an email with the tracking ID to track the delivery through Singpost's website at (http://www.singpost.com/index.php?quickTool=TrackItem#Quick). If you miss the Postman, he will leave a note at your doorstep for you to retrieve your parcel at an assigned post office.

For the convenience of customers, we now provide you up-to-date tracking for your orders at http://mensupplies.blogspot.com/p/status.html. We are committed to delivering your order within the stipulated period stated on our terms and conditions. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as late deliveries by courier or postal services, public holidays from originating countries may occur. Items that are marked as "Delivered", will be removed after 2 weeks of posting. If you have further queries on your order status, please write in to us at mensupplies@gmail.com 

Do you have a physical store for me to browse your products?
MenSupplies: The products are as advertised. We are an online blogshop, we do not have a physical store.We welcome any feedbacks you have regarding our products so that we can bring in quality products to meet your needs.


How can I be assured when purchasing from you?
MenSupplies: The products are as advertised. We work with overseas partners and suppliers to bring you the latest trends and fashions. The accuracy, originality and legitimacy of information are as provided by our overseas partner. We do not provide any guarantee, nor bear any legal responsibility as we do not have the ownership of the products. Please note that variations may occur due to difference in screen resolution, slight variation in packaging and design due to season variations. 

How is the product packaged?
MenSupplies: The products are packed in manila envelopes. Depending on the items, they may be delivered in resealable clear bags without the original boxes for ease of deliver. This also help to ensure low costs so that we can pass the savings to our customers. 



What makes Men Supplies different from other blog-shops?
MenSupplies: All items supplied to us are personally inspected by our staff. If they fail our quality standards, they will not be send to our customer and we will gladly refund our customers the amount they paid. 

In addition, our customers are constantly kept updated via email on the status of their purchase until the item reaches their final destination. We also update our customers via mobile SMS; please note that mobile SMS updates is only available to Singapore customers. At Men Supplies, we also constantly provide discounts and promotions to members/non-members for a variety of products. 

This is a key point that differentiate us from other blog-shops. We believe in making our customers satisfied and coming back to us for repurchase. 

Do you provide gift wrapping service?
MenSupplies: We do not provide gift wrapping service at the moment. 

How long will the product takes to reach me?
MenSupplies: Depending on the products, our staff are working around the clock to ensure speedy dispatch of your products. Each product has a different delivery timeframe, please read the terms and conditions of each product posting for the quoted delivery time. However, at times, we may experience stockouts due to large orders of an item. In such situations, we hope our customers would be understanding to allow us adequate time to dispatch at the next available shipment. Our helpful staff will contact you regarding the details. Else, customers could opt for the same/similar items in another available colour.  


For international customers (non-Singaporeans), please note that delivery would be approximately a week longer than the stipulated delivery period as shipment will be inspected in Singapore before oversea dispatches. 


Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as late deliveries by courier or postal services, custom inspections, public holidays from originating/destination countries may occur. When orders shipped internationally from/to originating country, they may be subjected to custom clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Do you provide overseas delivery?
MenSupplies: Our products are provided mainly for local dispatches to Singapore Registered address only. For overseas dispatch beyond Singapore, additional postage charge for shipment will be borne by the customer.

I received a wrong item. What should i do?
MenSupplies: We apologize if an item that you ordered was incorrectly delivered. In such situations, please contact us within 3 days from the date of receipt of your items. We will review the situation on a case-by-case basis. We will either replace your item or provide you a refund. 

To qualify for refund/exchange, please ensure the wrongly delivered item is: Not tampered/damaged, must be in its brand new, unused conditions and must be received back in the same condition when returned for refund/exchange. Any items that shows obvious signs of wear or use will not be eligible for return or exchange. 

Refunds will be issued by the same method of payment you originally sent (Paypal/Bank transfer). 


I purchased my item by Singpost Registered Mail but I was not home to receive delivery. What should I do?
Mensupplies: For Singapore customers who have made their purchases via Singpost Registered Mail & have been notified by us of delivery, but was not home to accept delivery, please be reminded to collect items (bring yourN NRIC with the delivery slip left at your door) or request for redelivery at 1605. Note that item that is not collected from the post office for about 2 weeks would result in the item being sent back to us; additional postage charge will be levied on you for us to redeliver the item.
