- Strictly no refunds, no exchange policy unless you received the wrong item. If an item was wrongly delivered, please contact us within 3 days from the date of receipt. Your satisfaction is our pursuit!

- To qualify for refund/exchange, please ensure the wrongly delivered item is: Not tampered/damaged, must be in its brand new, unused conditions and must be received back in the same condition when returned for refund/exchange. Any item(s) that shows obvious signs of wear or use will not be eligible for return or exchange.  

- Registered mail is highly recommended at an additional S$2.50. We will not be liable for loss caused by courier.
